[05/18/20]   I am not a frequent poster to Facebook. Maybe a joke here and there and some pictures of my two grandsons. A lot of likes and birthday wishes. But since this pandemic has struck our nation, states, and cities, I’m going to post on my agency’s intentions to re-open. I have discussed reopening our doors to my employees just a little and we will discuss more this week. But I will not reopen our lobby until my entire staff feels safe and comfortable with it.

I am responsible for everyone’s safety here at the Mark Feivor Agency and I would feel horrible if they would be infected because of a decision I made on my own. I care about them because they are more than just employees, they are like family to me. They have worked very hard during all of this and they are really the ones that run my agency. Without them, the work does not get done.

So with that being said, we will continue to work from home as we have for the past 2 months until we feel it is safe to open the doors. I will continue to come into the office and be the hub for drop box payments, faxes, opening the mail and seeing to what needs to be done. We will consider in person appointments on a case by case basis.

We are truly blessed to be considered “essential” and could continue to serve our clients. And we understand a lot of other businesses were not as fortunate. Everyone has to do what they believe is best for themselves and hopefully common sense will prevail. From the bottom of our hearts we want to thank all of our customers for your patience, understanding and continued business. You are APPRECIATED! We are praying that everything can be as back to normal as it can be very soon. Please support your local businesses whenever possible. Thank you to all the doctors, nurses, pharmacists, police, firefighters, EMS, grocery store employees and everyone else that kept us safe and worked through this as “essential” workers. We all want the same thing! -Mark
