[03/25/20]   In light of the recent Stay At Home order issued for our area and surrounding areas we serve, we wanted to update our customers on what they should expect from our office in the next few days to come.

1. We are considered an essential business. The office building where we are located has been locked and does not have public access. We will be operating remotely to continue serving our customers and their needs. Team members available within our office by appointment only. Please schedule an appointment prior to coming to the office.

2. At this time for the safety and well being of our policy holders & agency, we are not currently having any face to face interactions. We are conducting business via telephone/email/text with our current and potential new customers. We are blessed to have the ability to take care of you anytime anywhere and we will continue to keep that promise.

3. My team & I are in the process of contacting our policyholders to check in on their current health as well as ensure they are up to speed with their insurance and financial services needs. Communication is key with my entire agency team. We will do everything possible to assist everyone of our clients and their needs in a timely manner during this challenging time.

4. As a small business owner, we are doing all we can to support our employees and our local economy. A big “thank you” to all in the medical field personnel, first responders, food supply and service industry, teachers, and volunteers. Together we will have a strong recovery!

5. Lastly, please be safe and stay home if you don’t need to be out. Heed the warnings of the officials and medical professionals so we can all be done with Covid-19 soon!

New Year coming and we are finally making our office our ‘home’. Many of you know that our State Farm Agency was originally located at 4141 North Freeway, but Hurricane Harvey flooded us out.
