Your system doesn't seem to work very well. It used to be in my house in Pearland they cut Brazoria County back a lot. You don't appear to be trying very hard, barely saving me any more at all. Wow today you saved me a whopping $100 now which I only get half. I'll try not to get too excited. Sounds like the company has lost its way. Pat, last year (2017) I turned 65 and sent in the document to freeze my valuation. The same year I won a lowered valuation in arbitration, to approx $124K. Now I see the 2018 appraised value at $173,000. To complicate matters, I have this year made a significant property improvement that almost doubled my property value. How do I sort this out for the lowest tax going forward?

The "freezing" at 65 seems to not exist after my conversation with TAD... there is a REDUCTION, but no such thing as freezing. I see in the book on page 70 that mentions,"The trick involves an obscure provision in the tax code that allows for portability of school taxes." ?????
You have all my info. If you can bust Tarrant County back to $2500 fixed on my place, I think that's fair. Going up 10% a year for no reason is crap. When's the last time you got a 10% raise for nothing. Get me out of the FWISD. I got not kids, more than paid for my public education, and it's not my burden to keep the lights on at all these mega stadiums. Divert my tax burden from FWISD to take care of my police and firefighters.
