As you know I own the Geaux Texan Cajun Food Truck. Cajun food with a Texas Flare.

Coming from the great city of Chicago, Il, moving to Texas 2 years ago was quite a change to me, but one of the things that impressed me so much was the Southern Hospitality. Everything is bigger in Texas, especially the heart!!
I also was fortunate enough to experience the great melting pot that Houston is, with incredible delicious cuisines!! Along with my partner and Chef Brad, we are putting out wonderful, flavorful classic dishes along with specialty dishes, all over
the great city!! We have a large menu we can offer but primarily run with a 6-8 item menu for events. Our staples are Chicken and Sausage Gumbo, Crawfish Etouffee, Boudin Balls or Boudin Eggrolls, Loaded Cajun Fries and Chicken tenders. We also have special menu options available such as Smoked Brisket Jambalaya, Smoked Brisket Boudin balls, Smoked Brisket loaded Fries, Pulled Pork Fries, Cajun chicken Sandwich, Alligator Pork Sausage Sandwich, Tabasco Fried Catfish, Fried Shrimp, Catfish or shrimp Po’boys and More!

If you are in need, or know someone who could use our services, please contact me! We do large events, apartment complexes, block parties, breweries and wineries, and private parties. We can cater any event.
