There are many things we do here at Capital Analysts, however, one of them that we are most proud of is working with Dreams Come True. We had the pleasure of being able to help Ayden and his family with his dream of going to Disney. A Disney Dream is one of Dreams Come True’s most popular dreams because of the many fun activities. Our dreamers get to experience all the theme parks: Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Universal, Islands of Adventure, and Sea World. From rides to park hopping to a special button that eliminates the wait, dream children are treated as royalty for a week in the most magical place on earth. During their trip, they are staying as special guests at Give Kids The World, a magical village dedicated specifically to dream children and their families. Dreamers enjoy all-you-can-eat ice cream, arcade games that do not require quarters, swimming pool, castle, and visits by the village mayor, who just happens to be a big giant rabbit!

Once again this year, we are sponsoring this wonderful event. Let's all participate to put a smile on a deserving child's face and have some fun in the process! Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 9th and come have some fun.

Financial Advisor Clayton Thompson Joins Capital Analysts

Jacksonville, FL – Capital Analysts of Jacksonville, a long-standing financial planning and wealth management firm, announced today that Clayton Thompson, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, has joined the team. In addition to working as a financial advisor, he has also taken on the role of Director of Plan Design. In this role he works with other team members and their client, whether individuals, families, business owners, or institutions, to help them achieve an in-depth understanding of the financial strategies that can help them reach their goals.

“We are excited to have Clayton join our team of advisors,” said Bruce Ogier, President of Capital Analysts of Jacksonville. “Clayton’s mission is to demonstrate strong relational skills and show that he has the heart of a teacher. He believes strongly in empowering clients through financial education. I am happy to have him as an addition to our firm’s next generation of advisors.”

For most of his career, Clayton worked as a trader and financial advisor with a Fortune 500 firm. He has also worked in the lending industry, where he thought that many people were going into debt for the wrong reasons. Clayton is excited to bring his financial planning experience to a family-oriented team that leverages everyone’s strengths to help meet the clients’ needs and seeks to provide the greatest value.

“People delay financial planning primarily for a couple of reasons: they are afraid, either of what they will find or of looking like they don’t know what they are talking about, or they are procrastinators by nature,” said Clayton. “The consequences of not knowing or not asking could be long lasting. My strength as the Director of Plan Design is education. I never expect people to know the answer; my job is to take the time to help ensure they fully understand the options and the risk.”

As a financial advisor Clayton will focus primarily on working with families and business owners living and working in Ponte Vedra and the Jacksonville Beach area. Clayton earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2017 to accompany his FINRA Series 7, 63, and 66 securities registrations. He is also a licensed life and health insurance agent.

Clayton graduated magna cm laude from Florida State University in his hometown of Tallahassee, FL. He was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps after five years of service and is a proud member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). He spends time teaching debt management and budgeting at his local church; he lives in Jacksonville with his wife and daughter.
