Shout out to the Dickson TN office. So easy to work with. Great team.
I cant recommend this place. They expect you to be paid on the first. If you are self employed that does not always happen. So you have to the tenth of each month. However if you pay on the 9th on line, they do not give you credit until they process it and they process lat to charge late fees. And then tell you you paid on the 12th. No thats the date you held it to.
Farm Credit Mid-America/Rural 1st completely mishandled our mortgage application. Amy Studebaker Lipps (Eaton, OH office) failed to process our loan application in a timely manner and did not order an appraisal on our home. We are now left with 7 days to secure alternate financing or we will not have a home for our family. I hope that nobody has to endure the stress that Farm Credit and Ms. Lipps has imposed on us.

Through our Cooperative Citizenship program, we have partnered with CoBank to invest in Kentucky Kids Eat mobile meals project, awarding grants to 8 Kentucky counties to support their mobile units. As a result of COVID-19, they are making their way into communities now. We are thrilled to help make a difference in children’s lives the best way we know how – by providing nutritious food from our farmers.
