Good morning David, in my 37 years of working for DOD as a civilian and having to transfer from one military location to the other, whenever I purchased a house, someone else handled the paper work and I signed on the dotted line. This is the first time I've had to handle this whole endeavor by myself. I was terrified. However, between working with my agent and you and your company this was easy breezy as my grandson Andre Dukes would say. Thanks so much for all the work you do. Also, give my heart felt thanks to Jung. She managed to make me laugh as she held my hand through this whole affair. I will always recommend you and your company to anybody looking to buy a home. Happy Holidays.
