Brandon, while I consider you a friend via Michael Miller, who is how I first met you I do have some comments. You can choose to allow this to be posted as you like. My wife and I originally got our home owner and car insurance through you. I was expecting Farmers but somehow ended up with Grange (not sure if that is Farmer's or not) but let me tell you they sucked. Never had to use them for a home owners claim but did have to have two vehicles towed, and in both cases had to pay for the towing up front and was never reimbursed for either which I was supposed to be for roadside assistance and supposed to be covered. I was also very disappointed to note that you moved your office (I go past the old one every day) and I as a customer was never notified that you moved. I had to look up your new location. I've since made the decision to switch my insurance. What's most disappointing is your staff must have noticed I cancelled with you and no one ever called or emailed to ask why. Well now you know...
