Our company’s services focus on multicultural marketing and customer service, company culture and workforce development, and compliance with regulations on diversity and inclusion in the Dodd-Frank Act. We believe that by helping businesses cross cultural boundaries, we are able to improve service accessibility and quality to all segments of the population. In turn, we build stronger communities, happier workplaces, and thriving businesses. The CO team consists of a diverse group of experts in public policy, marketing and design, human relations, workforce development, and finance. Kristin Messerli and Sarah Vita of Cultural Outreach created Alkemi as a way to make education more accessible to consumers. Alkemi events are designed to empower millennial consumers through community building in a relaxed, approachable environment. In this event, Alkemi curated an event with real estate professionals and a group of 40 millennials in Los Angeles to discuss questions about homebuying over dinner and cocktails. Attendees initially came to the event with fears and skepticism about buying a home. One guest noted, “It’s scary… There are just so many steps that are really intimidating.” By the end of the event, attendees felt homebuying was within their reach and they were informed on how to take the next steps. “An event like this makes you realize this is actually possible for us,” shared another guest. Alkemi aims to start a movement to invite everyone to become empowered in the fields they once felt were out of reach. The Alkemi events and networking groups will span a range of topics such as homeownership, wealth building, health and wellness, entrepreneurship, and female empowerment.

1. Gen Z is more financially conservative because they grew up during the Great Recession and were also exposed to the way millennials struggled with student loans and earning jobs out of college.
2. Gen Z is more entrepreneurial as 72% of teens say they want to start their own business one day.
